The words and terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 11bat website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who registers an account on the platform or uses its services.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered account on the platform.
• "Bet" refers to placing money on any game or sports event.

• If unauthorized access is suspected, 11bat support must be notified immediately.
• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• Even if multiple members of the same household use separate devices, they may not claim bonuses together under one account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep the personal information on their account up to date at all times.

All financial transactions on the 11bat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) and must follow the policies described below.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.

11bat offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. These benefits are subject to the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies — total balance will be ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing the bonus.
• The wagering requirement does not apply to the deposit amount — it applies to the bonus amount only.

General Bonus Terms

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• 11bat reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspicious activity or violation of terms.
• Each promotion may have specific validity periods and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the 11bat platform:

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the staked bet amount will be refunded.

11bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification cannot be completed.
• For security or compliance-related reasons.

If an account is permanently closed, verified deposit funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, however this may not apply if the closure was due to a violation of the terms.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time through support.
